The American Standard 738068-0070A is a rigid plastic replacement toilet flapper engineered specifically for 1.6 Gallons Per Flush (GPF) toilets. This is commonly used to restore a proper seal in discontinued or vintage American Standard models, most notably the Ellisse (Tank Model 2068) and Hamilton lines.
