The American Standard 9422-0070 (also known as 9422-0700) is a replacement stem and cam assembly designed specifically for American Standard push-pull style shower valves. It is a critical component for repairing older shower bodies where the handle may be loose, leaking, or failing to actuate the internal pistons correctly.
