The Jado C960935.191 is a 3/4-inch ceramic stem unit cartridge used in Jado, American Standard, and DXV wall-mounted valves, primarily for the cold water supply in two-handle faucets or shower valves. A corresponding “hot” version of this part number also exists, which operates with a clockwise shut-off.
