The Grohe 45882000 is a genuine 1/2-inch Carbodur ceramic disc replacement cartridge engineered for two-handle Grohe kitchen, lavatory, bidet, and Roman tub faucets. It functions as a quarter-turn (90-degree) operation valve. The orientation is a right-hand stop that opens with a counter-clockwise turn and closes clockwise. It is typically utilized for the hot water side of standard setups or the left side of the sink.
