  • Designed for Kohler one-piece toilets, specifically fitting tank models 10492 and 3811. It is compatible with 1.6 gallons per flush (GPF) and 1.28 GPF systems.
  • The kit includes the complete canister assembly, the yellow cap, the chain that connects to the flush lever, and the tank gasket.
  • Look inside the back wall of the toilet tank to identify tank model number
