The BMI 27612 is a 15-1/8 inch overall length (OAL) replacement stem for BMI outdoor faucets or wall hydrants, designed for 12-inch wall applications. It is a 1/4 turn, genuine, or compatible replacement kit that usually includes the packing nut, rubber packing, and packing support washers.
