The Altmans OLC4 CI is a specific cold side ceramic cartridge used as a replacement part for two-handle Altmans brand faucets. It is designed to control the flow and temperature of the cold water.

Cold Ceramic Cartridge for Altmans Paul & Sigma

OLC4-CI

It is a 1/4-turn ceramic cartridge, meaning the handle turns a quarter of the way to go from fully off to fully on. It closes in a counter clockwise direction and opens in a clockwise direction.
It is primarily used with Altmans faucets and is also cross-compatible with some Phylrich (LC499HNL) and Sigma (18.30.030) models.
