Hercules 40610 Plumber’s Silicone Grease is a premium, non-melting lubricant engineered to prevent corrosion and ensure the smooth operation of valve stems, faucets, and plumbing linkages. This high-performance, waterproof silicone lubricant by Oatey features a 100% petroleum-free formula that will not degrade, swell, or dry out rubber O-rings, synthetic seals, or plastic components. Specially designed to withstand severe water washouts and extreme temperatures ranging from -40°F to 400°F, it remains perfectly intact in both commercial steam configurations and domestic hot or cold potable water systems.
