The Mansfield M-123-0095 (also known as Prier M-123-0095) is a replacement stem assembly for “Old Style” Mansfield 500 series frost-proof wall hydrants manufactured between 1970 and 2006.

Mansfield Stem Assembly for 12″ Series 500 Hydrant

M-123-0095

This is a replacement stem assembly used to repair leaking issues behind the handle of a compatible wall hydrant without needing to replace the entire unit. It is a “cold” function stem.
It is designed for the “Old Style” full-turn Mansfield 500 series hydrants only and is not interchangeable with other models. It works with specific models like the 578-08 or 579-08 hydrants.
The stem has an overall length (OAL) of 16 inches and is designed for an 12-inch freeze-proof sillcock.
