The BMI 27608 is a 11 1/8-inch overall length (OAL) replacement stem assembly designed for 8-inch, 1/4-turn outdoor wall faucets. This genuine BMI Canada part includes the stem, packing nut, rubber packing, and packing support washers for repair. It is used with specific BMI Quarter-Turn Faucets.
