If I need it fast I can get it in 2-3 days from them and they know exactly what they are doing. It's a good old-fashioned plumbing store with all the parts you could possibly need and people who know how to get them. The service is top level. The staff pick up the phone after one or two rings. They are polite and KNOWLEDGABLE. I'm so tired of dealing with folks who can't find a chicken in a hen house. LOL. ”
