“Ordered the wrong part for a faucet, texted them about and pictures of what I needed, they let me do a refund and they didn’t have the exact part but sent me a link to Kohler who did have it. They’re so helpful, I’ll totally order from them again. I’ll probably text first next time so I get the right thing in the first place :) ”

Check the bottom of your existing valve before ordering. This specific model features the smaller alignment/locating pins on the bottom base. Pfister manufactured two variations of this part number over time (one with larger, thick plastic tabs and this version with smaller, narrow pins). Ensure your current faucet housing accepts the smaller pin configuration for a seamless, leak-free installation.

“These people were extremely helpful in taking me through replacing a 25 year old hard water frozen cartridge on my Philrich sink faucet. They were able to identify the correct part I needed from a photo I sent (I had it figured out wrong). I was pleasantly surprised they had an obscure part like this, but they also told me how to extract the old one when I couldn’t get it out. They said to unscrew it after I had concluded from YouTube the old cartridge was supposed to just slide out. It threaded out as they said and saved me buying a cartridge extractor and a hernia. The whole experience has been excellent. ”
