“Hello, I was in the shop on Tuesday and was greeted and helped by a gentleman named Jackson. He was extremely helpful, friendly and it was really a pleasure to see a young man working in this industry with knowledge and kindness. I run my my own small business and was a first time customer at Noel’s, being greeted and cared for in that manner will definitely bring about my return. I want to send me sincerest gratitude to your team. Thanks again! ”

Briggs Slant Back (often interchangeable with “Shelfback”) is for mid-20th-century lavatory faucets. Because these models were common in the 1950s and 60s, matching the stem is critical.

“Ordered the wrong part for a faucet, texted them about and pictures of what I needed, they let me do a refund and they didn’t have the exact part but sent me a link to Kohler who did have it. They’re so helpful, I’ll totally order from them again. I’ll probably text first next time so I get the right thing in the first place :) ”
