The Eljer 495-5702-00 (also cross-referenced under Sloan Flushmate) is an OEM tank-to-bowl close couple gasket designed specifically to create a watertight seal between the toilet tank and the bowl. It is primarily engineered for Eljer Patriot and Emblem series toilets, as well as compatible pressure-assisted Sloan Flushmate systems.
