The Moen 116653 is a genuine Moen Posi-Temp handle adapter kit used to replace broken or worn handle mechanisms in compatible tub and shower valves. It is a plastic, black-colored replacement part that connects the handle to the cartridge stem.

Works with most Moen Posi-Temp tub and shower valves and trim kits, including specific models like the Voss T4612, Align T4192, and Banbury single-handle shower handles. It will not work for Moentrol or standard handles.
