The T&S Brass 5F-4DLX00 is an Equip series deck-mounted mixing faucet base designed for commercial kitchen and janitorial applications, featuring a swivel base and lever handles but sold without a nozzle. It is constructed from a polished chrome-plated brass body and uses quarter-turn ceramic cartridges for durability.

Designed to be used with a separate nozzle (not included). It features a swivel base for flexibility.
Equip lever handles with color-coded screws.
1/2-inch NPT female inlets.
Polished chrome-plated brass body.
Quarter-turn ceramic cartridges for reliable operation.
19.2 GPM (gallons per minute) at 60 psi.
Low-lead compliant, ADA compliant, certified to ASME A112.18.1/CSA B125.1, and NSF 61-Section 9 and NSF 372.
